Jelly Gelly Rubber Base 15ml with a light and fine shimmer.
The base contains rubber, which provides elasticity and flexibility, and all bases apply smoothly and self-level.
Beautiful and natural colors are available, with some being more concealing and named “COVER,” while others are more natural but still provide excellent coverage.
Polymerization time is 120 seconds under a UV lamp and 60 seconds under an LED lamp.
