Jelly Gelly Neon Rubber Base 15ml
Formulated with rubber for added flexibility and resilience, this base coat applies smoothly and self-levels effortlessly. Curing time: 120s under UV lamp; 60s under LED lamp.
Usage: After completing the manicure and preparing the nail plate, apply Ultrabond as a thin layer. Follow by applying a clear, elastic base coat, and then layer the Neon Rubber Base thinly, finishing with a second coat
