Return policy

  1. Eligibility for Return
    • Products purchased from JellyGelly.com can be returned within 30 days of receiving the order only if they are damaged or the wrong items were received.
    • Sale items cannot be returned.
  2. Conditions for Return
    • Items must be in their original purchase condition, including the original product packaging, manufacturer’s containers, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories.
    • Any item that is returned without the original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included, will not be eligible for a return.
  3. Process of Return
    • To initiate a return, contact our Customer Service via email at [email protected].
    • Our team will provide instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
    • Ship the product back to us within 10 days of receiving the RMA number.
    • JellyGelly.com will cover the return shipping costs in case of damaged or wrong items.
  4. Refunds
    • Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after we have received the returned item.
    • Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.
    • We will notify you via email once your return has been processed and the refund has been issued.
  5. Exchanges
    • Exchanges are only available if the received product is damaged, or the wrong item was sent.
    • Initiate the exchange process by contacting our Customer Service within 7 days of receipt.
  6. Damaged or Wrong Items
    • If you receive a damaged item or the wrong product, contact Customer Service immediately (within 7 days of delivery).
    • We will provide a prepaid return shipping label in these cases.
  7. Exceptions
    • Due to health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of products that are not damaged or wrong.
