Jelly Gelly Neon Rubber base 15ml
The base contains rubber, which provides elasticity and flexibility to the base.
The base applies smoothly and self-levels. Curing time under a UV lamp is 120 seconds; under an LED lamp, it’s 60 seconds.
Usage: After performing a manicure and preparing the nail plate, apply Ultrabond to the nail with a thin layer, followed by a thin layer of transparent elastic base. Then, apply a thin layer of Neon rubber base, and use a second layer to smooth the nail plate.
