Jelly Gelly Neon Rubber Base 15ml
The base contains rubber, which provides elasticity and flexibility to the base.
The base applies smoothly and self-levels. Curing time under a UV lamp is 120 seconds, and under an LED lamp is 60 seconds.
Usage: After performing a manicure and preparing the nail plate, apply Ultrabond to the nail with a thin layer. Then, apply a thin layer of transparent elastic base and follow with a thin layer of Neon rubber base. Use a second layer to smooth the nail plate.
